Fiona is an international insurance and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance distribution and client management, affinity program management and digital transformation domains.

Fiona is currently the Head of Asia Pacific for Stere – a digital ecosystem specializing in capacity sourcing and unique digital capabilities for embedded insurance partners, brokers and MGAs. Fiona is responsible for building, implementing, and managing the company’s go-to market plan for the entire region. By identifying and leveraging market opportunities and relationships, Fiona is parlaying Stere’s use of technology to help both risk takers (insurers and reinsurers) and distribution (brokers, affinity groups and enterprise users) find and fill capacity and increase efficiency into a much-needed market transformation. Fiona received her BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
